Cilantro Thai Grilled Chicken. It's hard to believe that such a simple marinade could bring out so much flavor and keep a common, bland chicken breast so moist. need to try!

Grilled cheese with mascarpone, apricots and chocolate. Whaaat?
pancakes made in muffin/cupcake tins. Only fill the tin 1/2 full and it will create the crater when it bakes. Great brunch idea!

This Raspberry Vanilla Jam is soooooo delightful!!! It's a breeze to make and you can always freeze it, if you don't can.

Absolutely Genius! The most important part of the layering is making sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever 'leaf' you choose) don't touch. As long as they stay separate, these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with a lid on. This is one of my tricks to eating salad everyday for lunch at work. I make a few jars on Sunday night and just grab one to bring to work everyday. When you're ready to eat, just shake it up.

Homemade chicken nuggets - pinner >> Tried these and not only are they some of the best chicken nuggets i've had, they cost less than a bag of processed nuggets, and I once cooked up and popped in the freezer I have the same ease as store bought nuggets-very excited about this!! Plus there is a great honey mustard dip at the bottom of the recipe :).
