i had several skirts like this, a-line with an applique design but i've since emptied my closet of them, never finding fresh ways to wear them or feeling they were juvenile. thus this styling caught my eye! it is well-executed.
I like that the combination of more-fitted sweater and elegantly flowing skirt give this the air of a modern New Look.
