@Noelle Belanger it's a pudding made from chia seeds so its all full of fibre. I wonder if its any good.. saw it on twitter with some people saying they love it. I love pudding and fibre.. but do i love them together??

Noelle Belanger @S Eddy What the heck are chia seeds, and where do we get some?
S Eddy They are some sort of seed (the same stuff in chia pets) that get all plumped up and gluentous like tapioca when soaked in a liquid. I was reading about their side effects though and because they hold so much water (up to 50x their weight) if you eat too much you'll get bloated. Alos it makes your blood pressure drop a bit
S Eddy which would be bad for me.
Whitney T I eat chia all the time. They do swell up (sometimes you get one stuck between your teeth, then they absorb water and force your teeth apart and it's ouchy 911) but they are very high in fibre and go surprisingly well with chocolate! I'll bet this would be good.
