2-Ingredient Cinnamon Apple Cake: 1 can of apple pie filling and 1 box of Angel food cake (dry mix only). Combine both ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes or until top browns.

I love coconut, so I make this pie frequently. It is so easy. Makes a custardy coconut pie. However, though the recipe calls for a 9-inch pie pan, I find my glass Pyrex 9-inch is too small, I use the 10-inch.

Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. I LOVE this idea!!! You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert.
