Rolo Brownie Bites with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting. Technically I used this idea to make mini brownies with peanut butter chips in the middle + peanut butter frosting (see other pin) but I'm sure this would be delicious with the rolos too!

simplest tomato sauce from annie's eats. i've made this several time and it's easy and tasty. You just have to plan ahead enough to let it simmer for 45 minutes. I made it today without the onion (didn't have one) and it was still great.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins from Annie's Eats. I'm certain these are REALLY bad for me but good golly, they were delicious. I used a little less than 2 cups of pumpkin, I'd be sure to use the whole amount next time (that's more than a 15 oz can). I didn't have time to freeze the filling but it still worked pretty well and only one or two rose to the top a little.

Slow Cooked Sweet Potato Chili // can you stay for dinner? -- This was WAY too spicy for me. But the sweet potato was yummy. May attempt another time with far less chili powder (I even put in half of what was called for!)

Emily Kate @ Second Story Window Btw, I used yogurt instead of sour cream and it turned out great. Will try it with less sugar next time as it's plenty sweet. Maybe will sub coconut oil for some or all of the butter too.
