Karen Sandi, I have a couple of these skorts from athleta and live in them all summer. Hmm, if you start sewing these, you'll have to open a shop - they are very flattering (love those pleats!! :)

Pattern Review: Here's how they did it. 1. Cut a strip 2.75" wide and twice as long as the top of the lower bodice piece. You can either lower the bodice to make room for this strip or choose to make the neckline higher. 2. Gather the strip and sew it to the lower bodice piece. 3. Sew the top following the pattern instructions and you're done!
