Skittle bombs: Take bottles of unflavored vodka and packs of skittles. pick a skittle color and put them all in a bottle. shake until they dissolve. Freeze to chill before serving. Thaat's awesome!

Pink Lemonade Pie. 1 8-ounce packet of cream cheese, softened 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate (not mixed with water) 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled) red food coloring as desired. Mix, put in the freezer and make the whipped cream topping.

MOLD-FREE BERRIES!! When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part vinegar (white or apple cider probably work best) and ten parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around. Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted I find you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria that might be on the surface of the fruit. Raspberries will last a week or more, and I've had strawberries go almost...

"The most important part of the layering is making sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever 'leaf' you choose) don't touch. As long as they stay separate, these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with a lid on. This is one of my tricks to eating salad everyday for lunch at work. I make a few jars on Sunday night and just grab one to bring to work everyday. When you're ready to eat, just shake it up."

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Rolls -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Gather desired amount of bread slices, flatten them and cut the crusts off. -Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each slice. Then roll them up! -Melt a stick of butter (get more as needed) in a glass bowl. Dip each roll up in the butter until covered, but not soaked. Just enough to pick up the sugar. -Spread a mixture of cane sugar, ground cinnamon and powdered sugar onto a large plate. Transfer each roll up to the plate and roll them in the mix. -Arrange rolls on cookie sheet and bake them for 20 minutes at 350 or until slightly crispy! -ENJOY!
