Unbelievable bread made from only four ingredients and almost no work. You dump in the first three ingredients, add water, mix a bit, let sit overnight, then the next morning, you pretty much toss it in an oven-safe pot and bake. Voila.

Cornbread Supreme Cornbread Supreme Adapted from: Cast Sugar 16 ounces frozen whole kernel corn 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn 3 ounces diced jalapenos 16 ounces reduced-fat sour cream 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup butter, melted 2 (8.5 ounce) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for cheese. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly across the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Let rest for at least 10-15 minutes before serving. Serves: 16
