Karla Hogge We had an old stump on the side of a grassy hill at a home we used to rent and it was difficult for my husband to see it when he went to mow, so I planted bright red flowers in the rotted center. Not only did the flowers mark the location of the stump, but the stump kept the flowers growing and flourishing larger and more beautiful than I had ever been able to grow flowers!
