Neefer Duir We did something similar to this in our hall bath. It accommodates a lot more towels than a bar does.

Jewell Skillern Cool idea! Another idea is to stuff them with empty Smart water bottles. They are tal enough to keep the boots standing.
I can sew this with Butterick 4945 that I already own!

Karen Grundy Be aware that this will interfere with the temperature sensor in a thermostat: it'll only sense the temperature of the air behind the canvas. IDK about alarms.
