Elizabeth McNeil She is only one inch taller than me and 30 pounds heavier--and she looks fantastic! Amazing how fitness can transform a body and what muscles can do! I would gladly weigh 30 pounds heavier if it meant looking like this!!!

Elizabeth McNeil I wish I had 90 minutes a day:). I have three kids five and under and work full time--so if I could squeeze it into 40 minutes--I could do it;) (or try to do it if it is pretty hardcore!)
