Honestly, this may be the best used-tire planter design I've ever seen executed. It's honest, unapologetic and aesthetically pleasing!
Can't hurt to try: Spray the plant with Epsom salts (1 teaspoon dissolved in a spray bottle of warm water (about 4 cups). That gives the pepper plant a boost of magnesium that is required at flowering time to produce fruit. Spray them again 10 days later and in a few weeks, you will have more peppers than you can eat.

Multiply your store bought sweet potatoes - place 1 sweet potatoes in a bucket of moist soil. As slips (shoots) appear, pull out place them six at a time into 20 gallon buckets. Wait 4 months, dump bucket, get 3 to 4 gallons of organic homegrown sweet potatoes per bucket.
