Jessica Crimmins just tried it at work, not so Easy to do on yourself, but with practice I think it's do-able. The longer the hair the better for sure, mine is slightly below the bra line and didn't come close to being this long when braided this way.

Jenn Schrauben it certainly isn't 4 braids. 4 strand braid has a repeating center piece, this is just a braided regular 3 strand braid. I like adding little braids into my normal braid for more texture.
