Everyone needs to pop into Galeries Lafayette at least once in their lifetime. The stain glass dome is exquisite, the food court is a gastronomic gift to the gourmet gods and of course the shopping! If you stop at the information booth and show your passport you will receive a 10% discount card for your purchases!

Go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe for great views of Paris in all directions. This is looking down the Champs-Élysées to La Grand Roue.

Europe Lives You know what we think is one of the best ways to not only save money, but also see more is to make a cycling or walking trip. Even to take a bike tour in Paris is exciting.
Budget Travel Adventures Honestly, walking is my favorite thing to do when I travel. It's great exercise and a wonderful way to explore!

When in Paris, cross the avenue and get away from the souvenir hawkers to view La Tour Eiffel from next to the carousel. Bonus: sit and eat a crepe while doing so!
