Mix cookie dough, freeze in ice cube tray, pop out and keep in freezer bag. Then when you want fresh baked cookies, you can bake a few at a time. Brilliant!

I have made this recipe a couple of times now. The only thing I do differently is that half of the crust I make from crushed gingersnaps, and then I use 1 teaspoon of cinnamon rather than 1/2 teaspoon. It is amazing!

Canned Cinnamon Roll Waffles: Heat up your waffle maker and grease it with a bit of non-stick spray. Separate your rolls then place them into a Belgian Waffle Maker. Close the lid and press down slightly. Set the timer for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes.
