Tomato-Basil Bisque Ingredients: 2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans tomato soup, undiluted, 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, 2 1/2 cups buttermilk, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Toppings: fresh basil leaves, freshly ground pepper, Parmesan cheese Preparation: Cook first 5 ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 6 to 8 minutes or until heated. Serve immediately with desired toppings.

Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread Ah.May.Zing!!!! just the right amount of hot. the hubby declared it a weekly recipe. :) 2 boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp. olive oil 1 pizza dough (I used store bought and let it sit out for about 20 minutes) 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese (I used part skim) 3 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of Franks Wing Sauce 1/3 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
