I love it, I went and bought 40€ worth of equipment ( medicine ball and weights) and I got my own motivation! No more paying for a gym! My legs, abs and booty are killing me but the pain is good!

TonyaDoughty whenever I am debating this, i tell myself just go for 10 minutes, because something is better than nothing. I almost always end up having a longer/better than normal session once I get there. i know i'm fooling myself but it works every time.

Brook Thompson oh and kristen cadman misty's right if this poor girl was actually trying to do this workout she would hurt herself, if she kept the form she has in the photo! her knees don't need to pass her toes and her back needs to be straight as in up and down, she doesn't need to be leaning over like that.
Experiencing both sides of this...I have to say that this is absolutely true. You will never look as good or feel as good about what you've done for yourself, as you will when you strive for a healthy strong body over an emaciated one.
