Amy Boogie YES! I'm working on that. Jay says that his men's exercise book had him doing back wards pull ups to help strengthen and make it so. Which means, using a stool, getting into full pull up position and then letting yourself down slowly using the stool or not. Works same muscles. I'm working on that method.
