STYLE COMPETITION RULES: 1) Submit a picture to He, of you wearing at least one item of neon. It can't be a shirt, a dress, an accessory, but there has to be at least one item of neon for your picture to count. 2) Pictures must be submitted to Fashion by He by Monday 4/16 at midnight. 3) Voting will go Live on Tuesday 4/17 for 1 week. Again whoever has the most Facebook likes wins.
