Sandy Park I've tried many a liquid eyeliner and amazingly Almay's liquid liner in black noir is my ultimate fav! (avail at CVS/target) the tip is very manageable, much easier to use than a lot of the brand name liquid liners out there.

Ariel Charleson I love this stuff! I bought some a while back and the product works really good for me! I tried taking off my Eyeshadow with water and it would come off, however it does smudge off so if you rub your eyes it doesnt help
