pretty blue handle wrap, some light blue florals, but with white and the silver brunia berry and dusty miller accents - I think this works so well together

more monochromatic blue- think it works well to have the brides bouquet less intensely colored, with just little hints of blue at most, but you could look at doing brighter for the bridesmaids if you want to really commit to blue. you could do silver or white ribbon instead of blue too
