supposed to be the best....This is the BEST BEST BEST play dough recipe you will ever find - I have used it for 8 years in my classroom. The kids absolutely love it. The recipe on this link is for a small batch - here is the classroom size batch, and we use a bit of baby oil in it as well to add a really smooth and soft texture. Parents rotate and bring us new play dough every week. The recipe: 4 cups water, 4 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 4 teaspoons cream of tartar, food coloring. Combine ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until most of the moisture is absorbed. Store in a covered container or Ziploc – does not need refrigeration. Add a bit of baby oil to get a softer texture.

Salt painting. Make a glue design on dark paper, coat with salt, gently touch the salt with water/food color on a paintbrush and it spreads... so fun!

Since most kids dump out the bottle of bubbles halfway through, this makes perfect sense...and you won't be too mad because it costs pennies ;) - perfect for next summer

Fetching pins…
Vanessa Covington WARNING!!! This sight seems really cool at first, but it is very graphic and not appropriate for children (or adults, in my opinion). I was appalled when I really started looking at it.
Amber Wing Yep I thought it was awesome at first, too. Turns out it's yikes.
Sharon Wrightsman Wiseman Love it!
