Identical twins. The girl on the left had teeth extracted, while the girl on the right had her arch broadened. Under ideal circumstances, this is what should happen naturally during development. Notice any differences?

Daralyn Ruchalski either way, I loved my Barbie dolls. Hours of entertainment and joy.
Fonda LaShay she makes a great point in the article about it. And I too play many many hours too!
Shelly Neighbors princess
Malia Fotheringham-Parker I loved playing with my Barbie dolls. I could be any Heroine I chose. I was Hermione a lot. :)
This morning my daughter saw a cup of some yellowish fluid on the counter and asked, “What’s that orange stuff in there?” “Oh, it’s just bacon fat,” I replied. Her eyes widen, jaw drops. “Bacon makes you fat?!!”

The Disadvantages of Time-Out (Wouldn't it be better to teach children useful conflict-resolution skills right from the start, rather than convey the message that the only way to solve conflicts is to cut off communication?)

Zinnia Arce WOW! You think i have issues and you're arguing with people online? Weirdo!! The only ass i c is u! You must be uneducated. I can say what I want and how I want without explaining it to some stranger what I meant. Now you will never know boo hoo :(
Fonda LaShay I think you should all just read the article.. it explains alot. And if you dont like the picture, move on the f*** on - this is where I keep articles that I like - I am not pushing them on you. And good luck to all you with your health that are eating 'franken-foods' I know they taste yummy, but they are not healthy.
Alisha Dufford i agree that fast food is horrible for you. i used to work at mcdonalds and after i started working there, i quit eating fast food. imagine that right?! and the USA has the highest rate of obesity in the world at this point. need i say more? but it is a free country, and people are allowed to say what they want and eat what they want.
Elizabeth Richardson Zinnia, I hope you are not referring to me. I never said you had issues, or that you had to explain anything to me. I simply don't believe people should be called disguisting for what they eat. I'm very well educated. I can even spell whole words and use correct grammar. Maybe one day you will too!

Mande Peer I'm trying to do this now. It's near impossible!
Sarah Martini I am doing this with teenagers, and it is a struggle everyday. But so worth it, if they live to be old AND healthy someday :)
Fonda LaShay Did the article help any? I don't have kids, so I have saved it for the future!
Sarah Martini Gosh...If you start your kids from birth to eat primal and whole foods it is easy...till they go to school. Then it's a struggle no matter what. I had a knock-down drag out fight with my 16 year old this morning about why I was not going to buy frosted flakes ever again. All she yelled was...but can I honey nut cherrios? No...she's still not grasping the whole point of it all. And I can't hold her down and make her read the science behind it either...all she hears is I can't have anything I have known for 16 years...sigh...

Some nutrients are still sequestered from even the best Paleo-style diet. In order to be truly healthful and nourishing – and not simply a better-than-nothing ”intervention diet” (Vegan Oprah-ism, Atkins, Point Counting) it’s important for a Paleo-style diet to incorporate the lessons of ancestral wisdom. Paleo may be the best, but it could always be even better. An example: Bone broths and stocks
