Betty Chung-Hoon Townsend Easy, super recipe for Kalua Pork. Roll a boneless pork shoulder butt roast in rock salt, patting the salt onto the roast to make sure it doesn't fall off. Place in crockpot. Pour some water on the bottom of the crockpot, just to cover the bottom. Sprinkle a few drops of liquid smoke on the roast. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. When done, take out of the pot, let rest for a few minutes then shred meat. Use 2 forks to start then use your hands to finish. It will taste like it has been cooked in the ground like at a luau.

FormFire Glassworks Definitely good for MovNat, hiking, running, climbing. Really comfortable and you can feel the ground beneath you without getting hurt. Although for the MovNat workshop, I took them off and went barefoot like most everyone else, which was really enjoyable. (Of course it was summer in Venice Beach.)
