Heat the oven to 400 Thaw your puff pastry and lay flat. Paint with a thin layer of pesto. Sprinkle the cheese, spinach, and bacon evenly; finishing with a layer of thinly sliced tomato. Roll the puff pastry as you would a cinnamon roll and slice in 2 inch sections. Place on a greased baking sheet and baste with an egg wash. Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Next brush the pastry with some egg and then sprinkle the blue cheese, distributing evenly. Now lay the prosciutto out covering the entire sheet of pastry. Roll the pastry sheet and then cut into 2 inch thick slices (this creates the pinwheels). Brush the tops with your egg wash. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Easy!

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets lemon pepper to taste garlic powder to taste salt to taste 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil Directions Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side
