Chelan Kelly I'm telling you, it was one of the best pie-crusts I've ever made. -Also, do you need to cream butter and sugar, but your butter is rock hard? Grate it and watch it soften in minutes.

These things are soyless, vegan magic. Lightly fry or George Forman it, toss it into a slightly toasted whole wheat pita, add some fresh pepper and cuke and you're good to go.
Beets and goat cheese on crostini. I would probably just eat is as a meal :)

Dotsara's Breakfast Hash: yukon potato, golden beet, red pepper, and a carrot. Toss in a bit of extra virgin olive oil and roast under the broiler until they soften up and the edges go brown (didn't check the time). Salt & pepper when flipped about 8 minutes in. Add grated sharp cheddar when it all comes out of the oven. Verdict? Tasty. (especially with an egg.) #recipe #breakfast #dotsara #instagram
