Samantha Nandez Wow, this cut brings me back to the 90's!
Fetching pins…
Lindsay Platoshyn I like you a lot free people, but i wish you'd feature normal varied weight women, the nonstop pin thin models are really sickening me to look at, moreso makes me not want to shop at your store
Casey Sandusky I think it's a great way for Free People to thin out their body-shaming fans. But really, there's no "normal" when it comes to weight. "Normal" depends on metabolism, bone structure, height, etc. Not all thin people are suffering from an eating disorder (which I'm sure you think these models are), agencies won't even hire/give work to ill models. I don't look like these models (I'm a couple inches shorter, and might even weigh a little more than them. I'm 5'7" and 135lbs, and even though my weight is considered average for my height and body type - tall but with a small frame, I STILL hear rude comments from my coworkers that I'm sure they think are in jest), but I don't feel discouraged, sick, or insecure when looking at models. The only thing that prevents me from buying anything is their price tags - maybe when I get another raise or pay off my credit card bills - whichever comes first! ;)
Leslie Conner I would like to see more varied body types in models just because I want to know what the clothes will look like on my type... And I bet other people want to see things on their body type as well. Free people is definitely not the only shop guilty of all of their models being teeny and long...
