1) Paint the canvas all crazy like 2) Use painter's tape to create a herringbone pattern with some missing 3) Paint over the canvas in white 4) Remove tape and voila! >> Super cute! Fun family project!

Crown Molding Shoe Shelves- perfect space saver storage. Total Cost $20 AMAZING!!!! $8- 8' base pine base molding and $9- 8' crown molding + white spray paint. Wood glue crown on to base molding, finish nail to hold in place while drying, spray paint, install w/ 2 screws onto wall studs. Viola!
Homemade Dishwasher Detergent 1 Cup of Borax 1 Cup Baking Soda (I used Washing Soda) 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt 1/2 Cup Citric Acid (You can purchase "Fresh Fruit" in the canning isle. It is a produce protector or you can puchase 15 packets of lemon Kool-aid, the unsweetened kind, and that works as well.) Mix all ingredients in a container and voila! dshwasher detergent! Use 1 Tbsp per load PLUS add some vinegar to the rinse aid portion of your dishwasher (this keeps the plastic from getting a cloudy look) and wash away!
