Kettlebell swing – 20 reps 4. Side Plank Lift – 5 reps on each side 5. Kettlebell swing – 20 reps 6. Turkish Get Up – 3 reps on each side 7. Kettlebell Swing – 20 reps I completed 3 rounds and it was enough for me :)
