Made this cake and Every Single Person said, "Wow" after their first bite. Secret: Lime Jello gives it the green color, lime juice mixed with sugar poured over the warm cake layers makes it puckery good, and the cream cheese frosting is, well . . . the frosting on the cake!

Oven "fried" squash. Spray a gallon sized plastic bag with cooking spray. Put in sliced squash (I used half a bag of frozen squash) and spray with cooking spray. Add 2 cups of yellow cornmeal and shake well. Sift squash out of bag using a fork, and place on an aluminum foil pan also sprayed with cooking oil. Spray squash on pan again with cooking spray, and cook at 450 degrees for about twenty minutes. Sprinkle with salt and serve. Awesome recipe for fried flavor without the fat!
