If you want to be philosophical, you technically are when you dream each night. You are somewhere within your own mind and then also present in your current surroundings. However, it isn't that difficult to do. Drive, bike, walk to your local McDonald's and you will be in your city and hell at the same time as you cross the threshold.
Just so you know, your chance of having them without In-Vitro and fertility treatments is 1 in 250 if you have no hereditary background of twins. So, yeah. Good luck with that. Have 250 kids, some might be twins! Unless you are a Duggar, and you might have better luck.
