Prayer Sticks: popsicle stick with picture of family member or friend. Each day have child draw a name and you both pray for that person. Fabulous way to teach importance of prayer for others and not just your own wants!!

The mom picked a scripture for each child that she prayed over them for an entire year. She traced their hand, wrote the scripture on it, laminated it, and placed it in her Bible. I am SO doing this!

This game is VERY simple but powerful for the kids because it helps them to make those connections that 5 pennies = 1 nickel, 2 nickels = 1 dime, etc...

Another great way to inspire reading! Book holder for the car :) The pockets were cut to 8x9in. with a felt backing. I made all 4 pockets, then topstitched them onto a 11x30in solid panel of felt (front and back) that was sewn top and sides. I overlapped the pockets about 3 inches. Inserted a piece of cardboard into the solid panel and then finished the last side. Add straps, and done!

If you need wall storage but don't know where to start, create an instant room divider by placing bookshelves back to back.
Super easy sidewalk paint! 1 cup corn starch, I cup water, a few drops food coloring. My kids love it!
Make Watercolor Paints - baking soda, vinegar, light corn syrup, corn starch, and food coloring. It will be ready to use in a couple of days. (Must dry first.)
Make yourself into a constellation... oh this made me gasp I love this idea!

Tension rod on the underside of a table to make a "coloring table" - why didn't I think of that!?
Drop vinegar tinted with food coloring onto a pan filled with baking soda. Sheer minutes of colorful fizzy fun!

This is AMAZING! All the things you work on to train your children tabbed and highlighted with a key in the front. Training topics include: anger, complaining, lying, laziness, THE GOSPEL! So when you need the verses you can grab the actual Word and be able to quickly flip to whatever you need!! Can't wait to do this!!
