Cream of Coconut Cake ~ my son-in-law's favorite! ~ Bake one white or yellow cake mix, as directed in 9X13 pan. While cooling, make holes all over the cake (straws work good for this) Mix one 15 oz can of Cream of coconut and one large can condensed milk (my daughter's recipe doesn't call for the milk) and pour over the top. When cool, frost cake with Cool Whip and refrigerate...Can garnish with shredded coconut!
