My grandchildren made these over the weekend and loved them "even better than the other ones, Gran!"

Wow...nice lemony snap to them that is perfect for a summertime treat!

Wow! I don't know how this can be low fat and still taste so yummy, but it does! Easy to make, little mess, and leftovers will be just as yummy as the first servings. Definitely a keeper!

The absolute best...I didn't have a 10-inch cast iron skillet so I made it in a 7inch and one jumbo cupcake...wow! Delish, I am going to try without nuts for my grandchildren.

Easy supper...put the slices on the grill with a ham steak, served with wild rice...used maybe three dishes to prepare...and it is yummy.

Ann Shelton It IS easy and yummy. Even my "don't like casseroles" husband loved it. Using homebred and home ground sausage improved the flavors , too!

Ann Shelton Works great! Of course, the lemons are stuck to the grill, but at least the fish was intact....and delicious.

Great for Meatless Monday...served with brown and wild rice...delish!

Ann Shelton Great cake...not too sweet (well, the icing is pretty sweet) and I think it's better than a pineapple upside down cake.

Knock-Your-Pants-Off Sweet & Spicy Glazed Buttermilk Meatloaf by Angie was on Food Network Star and former pinner says it is now the only meatloaf she makes!!!

Ann Shelton This is the meatloaf I have been trying to make for about 40 years!!!! So delicious, it is amazing. I shaped the loaf on a broiler pan (the drip pan lined with foil to catch the grease) and it came out perfectly! Like the first pinner said.."it is now the only meatloaf" I will make.

Put aluminum foil in a bowl, pour the grease in. When it hardens, roll up the foil and throw it out! why did I never think of that???

Old-fashioned potato salad. Recipe in comments.

Ann Shelton This salad is good hot or cold...and since most of the ingredients are pure guesswork, tweak to make it yours. To serve 6: 1. Hard-boil 3 eggs, set aside to cool. 2. Peel, cube, and boil 6 potatoes (russets work best, I think) like you were preparing to make mashed potatoes. 3. When fork-tender, drain, then mash potatoes, leaving lumps. 4. Stir in sliced or cubed eggs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard, 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish, 1/2 cup sweet pickle juice (more or less according to taste and desired texture), salt and pepper, to taste. This is my very favorite potato salad...YUM!

Chalk will remove grease stains from clothes. Simply rub the stain with chalk, then toss in the wash as normal.

Yummy use of coconut oil. I added 1/2 cup each of walnuts and dark chocolate morsels...this will be my banana bread recipe from now on...for the health benefits as well as the taste!

1 box (1-step) angel food cake mix 1 large can crushed pineapple....JUST MADE IT, IT'S AWESOME Directions: Put dry cake mix in bowl (do not add the water as directed on the box). Add entire can of pineapple with juice. Mix carefully until all dry mix in incorporated. Pour into either a tube pan, 9x13 pan, or cupcake pan with liners. Bake at 350 degrees for time on box for size pan (around 30-40 minutes. When sides pull away from pan and toothpick, cake is done.

Ann Shelton If you like sweet potatoes, this is incredible...and the chicken takes on a honey flavored taste...actually next time, I think I will leave out the chicken!

Ann Shelton Another winner! I didn't have Italian seasoned bread crumbs, but I did have Italian seasoning so I mixed that in with Panko, and used a cheese mixture that was different, but still included the "white" cheeses...delicious...especially the little bits of cheese that are done to a crisp around the potatoes!

Good to remember: lemon, rosemary and vanilla home deodorizer - let simmer all day, adding water when needed. Williams Sonoma store smell!

Ann Shelton Amazing...I didn't have fresh rosemary so I used dried. Goodbye, expensive Wall Flowers! I love the earthy smell...but do keep a watch on the water...it simmers down fast.

Overnight French Toast Casserole

Ann Shelton I halved the recipe after realizing I didn't have the eight eggs...not a problem...the toast was just like we like it...crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely a "do-again."

Dr. Pepper Slow Cooker Roast Beef...How could I go wrong with this??

2 likes 1 comment 11 repins

Profile picture of Ann Shelton

Ann Shelton Didn't have any Dr. Pepper on hand, so I used Pepsi. The roast was the most tender I have ever made...I thought the taste lacked (maybe a good reason to use Dr. Pepper instead of Pepsi) but my husband and grandkids loved it!

Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread...yum! I added walnuts and a little more cinnamon and sugar than called for....a winner!

Easy, peazy Shrooms! Melt 1/2 cup butter over low heat. Mix in 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix. Add 1 pound sliced mushrooms, and stir to coat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are very tender, at least 30 minutes. Delish!

Ann Shelton It IS delicious...amazing! I used some Breyers Chocolate ice cream I had in the freezer with a Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix...yum! I wasn't sure, since I didn't start out with a pint of ice cream, whether it was a pint melted or solid, but I used a pint melted. The cake batter was heavy, but I used mini bundt pans so it was okay.

Ann Shelton Love the vinegar and sugar and mayo dressing. Love the broccoli and red onion and bacon and cheese. I do not like currants or raisins, and was hoping for some dried cranberries, but I was out, and I used bacon bits instead of frying up some bacon. Will make again...winner!

Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Ann Shelton Great meal. I made a few tweaks and will make more. I halved the recipe since it was only for my husband and me, and it was still too much. I used pork chops with bones, which I will not do next time, because some of the little tiny bones got lost in the gravy. I will make it again...easy, yummy, and can slow cook while I am at work.

Ann Shelton Very good..husband and son both approved. I used chicken tenders and pulled the pieces instead of chopping and I used 2 cups of mozzarella on top because that was what was in the package. Will have again for lunch tomorrow!

Crockpot Italian Chicken Very Very Good!!!

Ann Shelton Yes...very good. And VERY rich...it is a very fine line between eating just enough and eating too much with this dish...I think next time I will only use 1 packet of the Italian seasoning and half the cream cheese...my husband loved it!

The best oven cleaner! Cover bottom of oven with baking soda, then pour vinegar so it's all wet. Let sit around 20 minutes or so then wipe all of it out with damp cloth or sponge. I leave my oven door open too. After drying you may see some white residue, wipe again.

Ann Shelton Even BETTER the second day!

Another snowy day experiment...if you have crescent rolls, cream cheese, and chocolate kisses on hand, okay, but I wouldn't go buy them to make these...too doughy for me.

best pasta salad ever? Oh, my yes! Made it last night for supper tonight and it is delish! I left the bacon bits and toasted pecans off, as suggested, and sprinkled them on each serving since my husband doesn't like pecans. Makes lots!!!
