This bread was SO good. Its definitely healthy for you too with the only fat in it being the 2 eggs and I've cut the sugar content in half by using half splenda. You can still use all regular sugar in place of splenda...I'm just using splenda lately because I have to cook healthier for Grumpy's sugar problem.

Shelby Law Ruttan Made this today - slightly different from the original - I used walnuts in the filling with a good shake of cayrenne. I also used 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring in the cake as well as 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Topped it with chopped walnuts before baking and made the maple drizzle butu used light amber because that is all I get for syrup. Tastes awesome!
