Kosher Salt Bagels. Salt bagels have been my absolute favourite since childhood, but if you're outside of New York, good luck finding them in even the most "authentic" bagel shops. Someday I *shall* boil the perfect bagel, and lo, it *shall* be encrusted with salt!
