Allegedly perfect "restaurant-style" korma. Can't wait to try with potatoes and paneer.

Whole Grain Cheese Gougères. These were made with smoked Swiss cheese.
Spring Vegetable Quinoa with peas, leeks, basil, and garlic... and also asparagus, but I'd probably leave that out.

Coconut Curry Chili. Mike saw it on the cover of a magazine and is making it now for lunch. (Note: Mike went with the couscous option and used the pearled/Israeli, not French. He also used 4x the amount called for. Then, since we're both spice fans, he tripled the amount of curry paste. I think it would be great with any kind of personal tweaks - a very flexible dish.)

Sesame Seed-Crusted Fried Tofu. I'm really picky about tofu (if it's plain or slimy, I won't touch it), but fried tofu is a fave appetizer at Thai restaurants. Adding sesame seeds? Sounds delicious!

Shari It was deeeelicious! So fragrant, too. We ran to the store a couple of hours later, and when we came home we smelled it all over again and couldn't wait to have more, lol.
