Freshen the air with this handy trick. When you get out a new roll of toilet paper, place a few drops of your favorite essential oil in the cardboard tube of the toilet paper. This will release the scent of the oil each time the paper is used....just did this, let's see how it works! 1/30/2012

1 part coconut milk, to 2 parts liquid castille soap (I use Dr. Bronner's) makes an awesome, silky smooth lathering SHAMPOO. Combine it with the vinegar rinse for gorgeous, soft, eco-friendly hair.

SHAPEABLE ice packs...but they all boil down to about the same thing..... To make your own shapeable ice pack: Mix 1 part rubbing alcohol with 3 parts water in a ziploc bag and put in the freezer. (The alcohol will prevent the water from freezing completely.) When it's frozen, wrap with a towel or cloth of some sort and apply.
