LaDona Trohkimoinen Wheatley Thanks for posting this. My mother, the original recycler (born in 1918 and still going) used plastic gallon milk jugs out in the garden for the same purpose. If a frost came along she would put the cap on the container. We had the best tomatoes on the planet!
