Coffee Meringues - these look pretty good. I'm planning on curing some egg yolks and will have extra whites left over. Meringues might be just the thing to use them in.
This sounds really good. // sans chocolate & maple syrup, these are GAPS diet-friendly. And delicious -- the perfect treat for snack or dessert.

I just discovered this place - Gold Mine Natural Food - and they sell organic masa harina! It's hard to find the organic stuff. Prices look good, too. Their overall offerings look like they totally rock, too.

This is on my list to make. It's as sweet as the chocolate is - I'd make it with grass fed cream and organic chocolate. A nice treat sometime.
Fetching pins…
Mackenzi | SITE NYC Whole Foods has them from time to time. They're good, but too salty for my taste- and I love salt.
harmoniousbelly Good to know - I wonder if one could use them in a dish that is fairly bland, so as to use the sea beans to perk it up? In any case, they sure are pretty!
