I made this yesterday. Pretty good! A few tweaks: No carrots (?); add garlic w/ onions; add black beans and strips of raw poblano pepper (not hot, just flavor); add 1 or more diced, seeded jalapenos (little heat), and use good, gourmet salsa. Oh, and lots of cheese. Hubs and the kiddo inhaled it. :) @Julie Barschow

Julie Barschow @Heather*Proper Paige Thanks for the modification tips! I bought the ingredients, but then used them for other things before I made it. Glad to have these tips before I make it! :-)

I made this. It's pretty good! Make sure to bread the chicken well, use more cheese than the recipe calls for (!) and use a sauce that you like. I would also add minced basil. The hubs loved it, though. Nom.

Also as promised, made these this weekend. I lightly sauteed the veggies rather than roasting them. Overall, it was awesome!

Made these, as promised, for Little Dude's birthday. Ridonkulously delicious.

I made it. Omitted Italian seasoning, but used gravy packet and ranch (which made me nervous). Added carrots, potatoes, and pearl mushrooms to crock pot. Used an entire box of beef broth as liquid and thickened with cornstarch to make lots of gravy as it cooked. Seared the pot roast with diced onion before putting into crock pot. BLEW THE MINDS of my parents and husband. So freaking good.

Made these yesterday. Batter is so good it's criminal. Recipes says bake for 10 then cool on sheet for 2. I disagree. I say bake for 8, cool for 2, to maintain fudginess. I omitted nuts, upped the chocolate chips, and put in a teaspoon of instant coffee. :)

Not exactly FTW this time. These are harder than they look. Or I have reached the limits of my craftiness?

I made these for Christmas. Huge hit. Huge.

Wine cork monograms. Done. I really like hot glue guns. :) And excuses to drink more wine!

Did this, too. So easy and fun! Make sure to get sturdy-ish shirts; the funnier, the better!

OK. I did this. And here is my take on it. Anything involving cookie cutters should be reserved for humans. #timeconsuming

I made these today! Thin cork sheets from Michaels and Elmer's spray adhesive (serious stuff btw). Got the extra tiles from www.maxiaids.com. Very excited.

Granite counter top cleaner - hasn't ruined our counters...I used plain old alcohol. Vodka is pricey and for drinking!

chick-fil-a nuggets recipe! REALLY good. make a ton because you'll eat half while cooking.
