Creamy Dreamy Spicy [Breakfast] Buckwheat Pudding This is one seriously creamy, smooth, chewy, sweet, spicy and tasty warm breakfast cereal. And yes, it IS good enough to be worthy of the name pudding. Hey, it would even make a glorious dessert, although served in much humbler quantities.

Grain Free, Gluten Free Sweet Potato and Chestnut Tartlets with a filling that's sweet, creamy, nutty and a little bit tangy... it's like an avalanche of textures and flavors, quite literally. This is an extremely rustic pie, almost kind of like a hash in a crust. Very yummy, very healthy!

Date Paste would be my new favorite sweetener. It's all natural, super easy to make and can be kept in the fridge for months! All you need basically are pitted dates and water. Of course, you can also mix in any other dried fruit, such as apricots, figs, cranberries or raisins to slightly change the taste, texture and sweetness level of your paste.

In fact, they are about a hundred times better than they look in pictures. Trust me, they are sinfully good. This fresh, crisp, tangy, super tasty wax beans and asparagus salad literally screams healthy... PERFECT summer salad, I tell you. It's got wax beans, of course, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, walnuts and goat feta cheese, all that drenched in a sun dried tomatoes and dill dressing. Yumsters!

Tasty quiche made with a healthy, grain free crust! You have to be a fan of buckwheat, because that would be precisely the one ingredient that makes it super tasty. I’m sure you will find that its flavor blends so magically well with that of the eggs and cheese and asparagus. The good thing is it was just as good cold as it was right out of the oven, so it makes for a perfect lunch! A quiche with its crust still attached that you can eat without feeling guilty in the least? Yes please!

This warm, creamy quinoa and amaranth cereal is the ultimate grain free and gluten free replacement for a good ole bowl of comforting oatmeal. It certainly is just as creamy, chewy and gooey, plus, it’s definitely comforting! Perfect breakfast on any cold morning… or awesome dinner on any given night, if you ask me!

Home made Black Soy Milk. While a tad on the time consuming side, the resulting milk is way superior in taste to that of the commercial stuff, and much creamier, too. As for the color conferred by the black beans, while it was not as unusual as I thought it would be, it was still very pretty to look at. Those three aspects together made it somewhat worth the extra effort.

It really isn't that sweet at all, is super dense and chewy and has tons of little morsels to chew on. And talk about tasty too! Of course, you could still have it for dessert if you wanted to...

This glorious salad is a sure way to get you to make friends with the poor, underestimated and under appreciated leafy green that is kale. You get creaminess from the avocados, some kind of nuttiness from the chickpeas, a nice little zing from the radishes, sweetness from the apples and raisins, a little bit of a bite thanks to the walnuts, and of course, the hearty crunch of the kale.
