Michelle DeCarlo We love this book too! I would definitely recommend it. The kids love it and it is does touch on the true meaning of Christmas which is hard to find these days.

Allyson {A Heart for Home} Everyone loved these enchiladas. They are very mild so I add more chilies when making them for our family. I also add almost a Tbsp of minced garlic to the sauce. We love the extra flavor this adds.
