diy chalk paint quote from a pinner - I have been using this chalk paint recipe (room temperature water) and I LOVE it!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. It covers high gloss furniture beautifully with no prep. I put two coats on, then clear wax then usually a dark wax over to antique. It gives a great durable finish and sands beautifully for a distressed look. I have never broke down and purchased the 35 dollar Annie Sloan chalk paint so I do not know how it compares, but for the price I am thrilled. :)
