Hippie Housewife I needed a gluten-free recipe to take to a movie night with some girlfriends. These were amazing. Everyone went back for seconds, but few people could handle thirds! These are insanely chocolately. My husband can only handle half of one before declaring that his chocolate limit for the month. Definitely an occasional treat, but perfect for the right must-have-chocolate occasion!
Hippie Housewife I replaced the bittersweet chocolate chips with semisweet ones, and reduced the sugar to 1.5 cups total to compensate.

Hippie Housewife Made as part of my Christmas baking. Didn't look as pretty as the picture (next time I will roll the dough and cut it out instead of forming balls and squishing them) but they tasted amazing. Definitely a new Christmas favourite!
