I love feeling that runner's high after working out! (Running is cocaine for the soul.) I am stronger. I am healthier. I loving seeing my body improve physically. I love the positive attention I get. My confidence has been boosted. I have endurance to go and go. It amazes me that I can run here or there and not even notice...or cook and clean, work out, and cook and clean and then organize! Whew! I love were I am in life and am happy with where I am going. I am preparing my body for another pregnancy.
