why oh why did i not pinterest this before deciding what i was doing with apple slices and caramel? oh, wait, because it was a last minute panic decision. oh well. next time.
i really can never remember how to hard boil eggs. it doesn't matter how many times i do it. now to figure out why two of the eggs got stuck.

these are for cal's class too. it's "a" week. i'm doing sugar cookies with little cut out a's on them, then the apple chips and finishing up with a bang with tiny apple pies.

Morgan Higgins haha, i could totally see you making insanely healthy bentos. :) i'm going to be doing really simple ones most of the time, but on special days try to do some of those fancier ones. it's probably to fill in some of the weirdness i feel not homeschooling. :)

Morgan Higgins i know! they are traditional japanese lunches...you should search for art bento, you'd love it. i'm not following all the rules and traditions, just stealing the completely Trinitarian idea of making a lunch wastefully cute and fun. :) unnecessary beauty.

nice variety...is that a gingerbread man? can't see anything else christmasy, so it's a little strange, but i like everything else.
