Tricia Hodges Cream cheese is a nice substitute as well. Works perfectly in Mama Ann's pimento cheese.
Kiersten Vallieres My son has an egg allergy (and everything else) we use healthy earth mayo. It's got NO allergens in it including no soy which is very hard to find!
