I love this running watch; it's reliable and simple to use. No fuss, just what you need to track your runs. Not to mention you also get regular updates with new features and improvements.

Kristen Cadman I'd rather use them before I lose them from old age, anyway!
Jane Duncan Tanner I know the endorphins are great, but low-impact exercise reduces wear on knees. There was not any research cited in the attached article, or in the embedded Daily Mail, but the JAMA certainly supports that running damages most peoples knees. The post just does not apply to most people, so it's misleading.
Meghan Woodcox the bruises on my knees say otherwise. not everyone needs to be a runner!
Christy Clark Aguilar Running in my younger days ruined my knees... Have knee pain almost constantly now.
Alja Isaković Research linked in the article: http://www.npr.org/2011/03/... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov... Our bodies were built for running, but unfortunately our sedentary lifestyles and bulky shoes tend to ruin our naturally good running form and cause injuries. Running isn't bad for your knees (unless you have a serious underlying condition, but that's another problem), but bad running form certainly can be. I'm not saying everyone should be a runner (that's a personal choice, of course), but we can't blame running for problems caused by other factors. I also recommend Dr. Lieberman's research on the subject: http://www.nytimes.com/2011...
