Cute Lamp Idea! Blow up a large balloon. Take lace or crochet (table cloths) and completely soak it in wallpaper glue. Apply the fabric all around the balloon, overlapping the ends so they will stick together. Apply another layer of glue, and let dry for a night. Pop balloon and insert lamp.
